Hello, I would like to start off by saying that this is an excellent photo, especially for a self-shot. The lighting is quite good, it shows off the ripples in the water without coming off as having too much glare. The colors are great and having your eyes at the bottom of the frame immediately draw the viewer's eye to your face. The hair flowing in the water is excellent, it was a good idea to include so much of it in the frame (using the rule of 3). The only thing I would change is your arm in the left side of the photo, I know this is very hard with a self shot, but it does take away from the photo (slightly). You have a very calm and innocent look on your face, which fits perfectly in with your theme. Great job!
